We offer free satellite WiFi.  Speed can be dependent on weather and usage.  We do not guarantee internet availability since outages and repairs in rural areas can take longer.  We recommend downloading movies before your arrival.   Our TVs are smart TVs and can be used with your apps.

If you’re coming out to the lake just to watch TV, you might be missing the point… and the fish.

This place is made for casting lines, not binge-watching shows. Trade your screen time for reel time—you’ll catch more memories (and maybe a lunker).

So leave the TV at home, pick up a rod, and let nature do the entertaining. No subscriptions, no commercials—just you, the water, and maybe a fish story or two. 🎣😄

We offer housekeeping services on most days.  For days housekeeping is unavailable, clean towels and toiletries can be picked up in the store.  

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy.  Please let us know if your plans have changed to avoid being charged for your reservation.  We cannot cancel reservations made through a 3rd party.  Please book direct for more control of your reservation.

Major Lake Fork tournament dates often book up a year in advance. Online reservations that conflict with existing bookings during these events may be subject to cancellation. To ensure availability, we recommend calling to confirm any reservations made online for major tournament weekends.
