We offer free, satellite WiFi.  Speed can be dependent on weather and usage.  We do not guarantee the internet to be available since outages and repairs in rural areas can take longer.  We recommend downloading movies prior to your arrival. 

We offer housekeeping services on most days.  For days housekeeping is unavailable, clean towels and toiletries can be picked up in the store.  

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy.  Please let us know if your plans have changed to avoid being charged for your reservation.  We cannot cancel reservations made through a 3rd party.  Please book direct for more control of your reservation.

Major Lake Fork Tournaments are booked a year in advance.  Online reservations made in conflict with tournament dates may be canceled if found to have an existing reservation.  Please call to double check your reservations made online for a major tournament weekend.
