Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to check in time, 4pm. Please let us know by phone 903-765-2385, or email Info@popeslanding.com, that you will not make your reservation 72 hours prior to your check in time and you will not be charged for your reservation. If you cancel within the 72 hour window, you will be charged the length of your reservation to the end of the 72 hour period (however many days your reservation lies within the 3 day window of cancelling). We are strict on our cancellation policy so if you feel you may not make the dates you are scheduling, please make a note to cancel by the 72 hour mark to avoid being charged.
Reservations for the larger Lake Fork tournaments will require a non refundable 50% deposit, and payment in full due 30 days prior to check in. Refunds will only be made if the tournament itself is canceled. Please check with our office staff regarding availability and which tournaments this applies to.
We cannot cancel reservations that are not made directly through us. Please contact your booking provider for changes to your reservation.
