You can now pay monthly for your RV spot.  Auto payment setup is required to have the monthly payment option for your annual lease.  Decision of payment plan must be made before move in, with either the annual lease paid in full, or first monthly payment made.  Chosen payment plan will be carried out for the entire year of the lease.  Once the year is up, the payment plan can be switched.  Below is a list of the different payment amounts.  Please look up your annual lease amount to see what your monthly payment amount would be.  

All other charges will be in addition to the monthly fee and will be due with the first month's payment (SRA pier, & pump fees, permanent resident fees, etc).   

Choose to pay $2100 upfront for your annual lease, or be charged a monthly base payment of $275 for the year using auto draft. 

Choose to pay $2650 upfront for your annual lease, or be charged a monthly base payment of $325 for the year using auto draft. 

Choose to pay $2850-3050 upfront for your annual lease, or be charged a monthly base payment of $400 for the year using auto draft. 

Choose to pay $3350 upfront for your annual lease, or be charged a monthly base payment of $425 for the year using auto draft.

The lease includes water sewer and garbage.  Tenant is responsible for power utility.

We are open 7 days a week from 7am-5pm (Winter hours differ).  Visit us to view which lots are currently available.  To lease a lot we will need to run a background check, $50, and fill out a lease application.  Once your lease is paid in full, you can move onto your lot.
