If you choose to pay your annual RV lease monthly, you will be required to set up monthly auto payments through your online resident account on Rent Cafe. If you have not yet set up your online account, please click below for instructions on how to do so. Once your account has been created, follow the instructions listed below to set up your auto payments for your monthly charges. Failure to set up monthly auto pay will prevent move in or lease renewal causing additional fees.
